Gold Medal is an attractive yellow hybrid tea rose cultivar. The flowers lighten as they age, allowing the bush to have both yellow and creme coloured flowers on it at any one time. Rosa 'Gold Medal' can be found growing in the rose collection at New Farm Park, in Brisbane, Australia. It was bred in 1982 by Jack E. Christensen of the United States of America. Its seed parent is Rosa 'Yellow Pages' and pollen parent is Rosa 'Granada' x 'Garden Party'.
